## The consultation is confidential and clinical

You will be asked what concerns you, how long it has been present, what you hope to change and whether there are symptoms that require investigation before any aesthetic option is considered.

### SCROtox consultation

A consultation about the use of botulinum toxin in the scrotal area, including intended goals, suitability, limitations and procedure-specific risks.

### PRP intimate wellness

A discussion of platelet-rich plasma, the quality of supporting evidence, realistic expectations and alternative medical options.

### Penile augmentation

A structured consultation about non-surgical augmentation, candidacy, proportionate goals, material options, reversibility and recognised risks.

## Medical assessment comes first

Intimate concerns may be aesthetic, functional, psychological or a combination. Pain, curvature, skin changes, urinary symptoms, erectile concerns or a sudden change should be clinically assessed rather than treated as an aesthetic issue.

If another clinician—such as a urologist, dermatologist or sexual-health professional—is more appropriate, Dr Luhard will explain why and recommend referral.

## Penile augmentation is not a casual filler appointment

The decision requires a realistic discussion of anatomy, goals, asymmetry, product characteristics, infection, vascular compromise, nodules, migration, need for correction and the possibility that the safest recommendation is not to proceed.
